Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of experience in manufacturing type setting
- Lift 50 lbs.
- Mechanical aptitude
- Familiarity with basic hand tools
Position Responsibilities
- Wash / clean trucks once assembled, and prior so final review
- Understand TYMCO Production Order (TPO) layout and option list for all configurations of sweepers
- Final inspection review units to ensure they meet the quality standards and specifications of the TPO
- Perform visual / mechanical inspection while documenting defects or issues
- Installs appropriate decals and prep sweeper for shipment
- Log all necessary serial numbers for sweeper history file
- Notify supervisor of any non-conforming assemblies or questionable options on TPO
