Job Summary
TYLin is looking for an experienced Superintendent to join our PMCM team for a project starting towards the middle of Q2!
Responsibilities & Qualifications
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide overall leadership and day-to-day on site supervision of subcontractor and CM field labor forces
- Proactively manage project-related issues on assignment and provide superior customer service
- Team-oriented individual who will work in tandem with Project Manager to ensure timeliness of submittals and procurement of materials for the project in accordance with the schedule
- Manage QA/QC process in field and maintain OSHA and DOB safety compliance
- Meet annual goals and objectives set by management team and contribute to the growth of the company
- Demonstrate proficiency in the use and application of all technology as required for assigned projects.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors in Civil Engineering or similar with 10 years experience in the construction field
- Experience dealing with multiple subcontractors
- Ability to manage multiple trades and tool box talks
- Client focused, always striving to give clients the best solutions
- Strong commitment to innovation by creating new and better ways to solve clients’ toughest challenges
- High levels of integrity, always doing the right thing in an ethical, fair, and sustainable way
- Demonstrated experience of collaboration in a diverse and inclusive team, working together toward technical excellence

TYLin is committed to pay equity. As part of that commitment, we have provided the base compensation range of $117,300- $175,900 annually for this position and local market.
