Job Summary
Tyler Trophy is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Graphics and Production Lead to oversee our daily personalization operations. In this role, you will bridge the gap between creative design and physical production. You will manage artwork, set up layouts for various engraving substrates, and lead the physical assembly and quality control of custom trophies, plaques, and awards. The ideal candidate is a hands-on problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering flawless craftsmanship.
Key Responsibilities
- Graphic Setup: Prep, clean, and format customer logos and vector artwork using CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, or specialized engraving software.
- Production Operation: Set up, calibrate, and safely operate laser engravers, rotary engravers, and sublimation equipment.
- Workflow Management: Prioritize incoming orders, manage material inventory, and schedule production sequences to meet strict customer deadlines.
- Assembly & Crafting: Build, assemble, and finish trophies, plaques, acrylics, and custom awards according to job specifications.
- Quality Control: Inspect finished products closely for text accuracy, alignment, and cosmetic defects before packaging.
- Maintenance: Perform routine cleaning and basic troubleshooting on lasers and production equipment.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Graphics experience with hands-on production
- Software: Experience in graphic design software (CorelDRAW or Adobe Illustrator).
- Attributes: Exceptional eye for detail, strong spatial awareness, and excellent time-management skills, ability to multiple-task and problem solve.
- Communication Skills: Email, phone, and in person communication skills required
- Physical: Ability to stand and sit for periods of time
