- Open to close customer service while ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Having flexibility in pushing out product, merchandising displays, and ensure the store is well-stocked with high-end products.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, retail sales, or a focus on high-end markets.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus for engaging diverse clientele.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers and staff.
- Basic math skills for estimating costs and cash handling retail math calculations accurately.
