This is a full-time, on-site Educator role based in Tyler, TX. The Educator will be responsible for developing and implementing lesson plans that align with curriculum standards, fostering a positive learning environment, and using effective teaching strategies to engage and inspire students. Additional responsibilities include assessing student progress, maintaining communication with families, and participating in professional development activities to continually improve teaching practices.
- Strong skills in Lesson Planning, Curriculum Development, and Instructional Design
- Proficiency in Teaching and providing Education to diverse student populations
- Excellent verbal and written Communication skills to engage with students, families, and staff effectively
- Experience in Training and developing instructional strategies
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment
- Relevant certifications and teaching license as required by the state of Texas
- Bachelor's degree in Education, a related field, or subject-specific area of expertise
- Prior classroom teaching experience is highly preferred
