What You’ll Do:
- Support daily operations – order processing, shipment tracking, documentation
- Be the go-to contact for clients – provide updates, resolve issues, ensure satisfaction
- Build strong carrier partnerships – coordinate pickups/deliveries & assist with rate negotiations
- Solve problems proactively – manage transit delays, accessorial, delivery exceptions
- Keep data sharp – maintain TMS records, reports, and shipment performance
- Collaborate with teams – sales, ops, and accounting for seamless service
- Support growth – assist in business reviews & spotting new opportunities
- Handle after-hours calls on rotation
What We’re Looking For:
- The ideal candidate: experience in carrier sales/logistics coordination (brokerage background required, ideally from a carrier sales/LC position)
- Excellent communication & customer service skills
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking ability
- Highly organized with great time management
- Tech-savvy (Excel, Outlook, TMS experience a plus)
- Knowledge of 3PL brokerage operations & logistics
