Trump National Doral is seeking an Assistant Golf Course Superintendent to help lead the daily maintenance and operations of the world-renowned Blue Monster golf course. As a key member of our agronomy team, you will work alongside and report directly to the Golf Course Superintendent, playing a critical role in maintaining championship-level course conditions, mentoring crew members, and preparing the course for elite-level play and hospitality experiences.

Key Responsibilities
Support the Superintendent in overseeing the daily maintenance of the Blue Monster golf course and surrounding grounds, including practice facilities and landscaped areas.
Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring agronomic practices, including mowing schedules, chemical applications, irrigation, and pest/disease management.
Provide supervision, training, and development of grounds staff to promote team engagement and continuous improvement.
Take a leadership role in crew management and communication, ensuring high standards of execution.
Monitor and adjust irrigation systems for optimal turf health and water efficiency.
Collaborate with equipment technicians to ensure proper use and care of machinery.
Support recordkeeping including chemical applications, weather data, and labor reports.
Assist with tournament preparation and special events to ensure flawless course presentation.
Maintain compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
2- or 4-year degree in Turfgrass Management, Agronomy, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in golf course maintenance; supervisory experience preferred.
Strong understanding of modern turfgrass science, irrigation systems, and course conditioning strategies.
Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but not required.
Pesticide Applicator’s License or ability to obtain within 90 days.
