The hours for this role are 10:30PM to 7:30AM Monday to Friday

SUMMARY: The Shift Supervisor is responsible for coordinating the various daily production functions in the Molding department, overseeing all staff in the department for their assigned shift and assisting with resolving any issues (mechanical, staffing, quality) in order to meet production schedules.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED:

• High school diploma (or GED equivalent) plus four (4) years of manufacturing experience and two (2) years supervisory experience, or similar combination of education and work experience.
• Excellent problem solving, organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills required.
• Must have good attention to detail and be able to multi-task in a fast-paced production environment.
• Ability to work under pressure with time sensitive matters and respond quickly to get machinery back to working condition.
• Ability to work as part of a team, as well as independently, and work from verbal and/or written instructions.
• Solid mechanical skills, ability to read schematics, and prior experience with production machinery.
• Knowledge of injection molding machines and basic processing with a comprehensive understanding of molds.
