Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of signage projects, from kickoff through final installation
- Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and deliverables using Tyko’s proprietary project management tools
- Align internal teams on project priorities, timelines, and quality expectations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
- Provide timely updates and status reporting through Tyko’s technology platform
- Manage client expectations and proactively communicate risks, changes, and solutions
- Translate client requirements into clear direction for design, production, and installation teams
- Leverage Tyko’s enterprise resource management and procurement systems for accurate project tracking and reporting
- Optimize workflow efficiency using standardized process tools
- Identify potential issues early and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across digital tools and workflows
- Collaborate closely with design teams to align creative vision with project requirements
- Coordinate with procurement and production teams to ensure material availability and fabrication accuracy
- Work with installation teams to schedule work, troubleshoot challenges, and ensure precise execution
- Conduct quality checks at key project milestones to uphold Tyko’s standards
- Identify project risks and develop proactive mitigation plans
- Maintain accurate and complete project documentation in accordance with company processes
- 3 years of project management experience, preferably in signage, construction, fabrication, design, or manufacturing
- Strong working knowledge of project management principles, timelines, and workflows
- Experience working with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, or custom workflow tools)
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment
- Tech-savvy mindset with the ability to quickly adopt new digital tools
- Familiarity with signage production processes, materials, and installation methods
- Experience coordinating with vendors, installers, and cross-functional teams
