Overview

We are looking to add a full-time Accountant to our team! You will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial records for our company, invoicing, and weekly payroll.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and examine accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports
• Cutting checks for vendors in a timely manner with management approval
• Develop and analyze reporting for business operations and budgets
• Perform audits, ensuring adherence to standard requirements
• Process weekly payroll for staff
• Create new methods to improve efficiency
• Report analysis and findings to management team

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in accounting or other related fields
• Experience with Quickbooks
• Experience with ADP Payroll software
• Must be able to use Microsoft Suite- Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Detail and deadline-oriented
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Requirements

• Must be able to work Monday-Thursday from 8 AM - 5 PM and Friday 8 AM – 12 PM.
• Must have consistent and reliable transportation to and from work for all scheduled hours.
• Must follow all applicable Company policies, procedures, and directives including, without limitation, those related to safety.
