Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in accordance with safety standards and company policies, including brewing specialty beverages when applicable.
- Manage cash handling, cashiering, and sales transactions efficiently while maintaining accurate records of all sales.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions about menu items, merchandise, or venue amenities with enthusiasm and professionalism.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, retail shop, and dining space in compliance with food safety and food handling regulations.
- Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies, monitoring product levels, and conducting basic math calculations for ordering needs.
Experience
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively during busy periods while multitasking across duties such as serving, cashiering, and bartending.
Pay: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour
