Compensation
$26 – $36 per hour (based on experience and credentials) plus company-paid benefits

What You’ll Do
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair residential electrical systems
- Perform panel/service upgrades, lighting installations, EV charger installs, generator installation & maintenance, and more
- Educate customers on options and safety
- Ensure all work meets NEC and local code requirements
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and team
- Maintain accurate job records and uphold our core values in every interaction
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 3 years as a residential electrician (service/repairs, upgrades, troubleshooting)
- Licensing: WV Journeyman or Master Electrician License; valid driver’s license
- Skills: Strong technical knowledge, problem-solving, and customer service
- Attributes: Dependable, honest, team-oriented, and committed to quality
- Background: Must pass background check and drug screening
