This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Land Planner who wants to do more than deliver projects. The team is looking for someone who can step into a key role today and grow into a leadership position as the business continues to expand. You'll work on a diverse portfolio of residential, commercial, retail, and mixed-use developments while helping shape the future direction of the planning team.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead planning efforts on a variety of high-profile development projects
- Manage project teams and mentor junior staff through entitlement, zoning, and compliance processes
- Build relationships with municipalities and collaborate with local government agencies to navigate approvals and regulations
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including Landscape Architects, Engineers, and other planning professionals
- Contribute to the continued growth of the Land Planning practice, with a clear pathway toward increased leadership responsibilities
- Utilize Microsoft Project, Excel, and AutoCAD to support project delivery
What We're Looking For
- 5 years of Land Planning experience
- Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Landscape Architecture, or a related field from an accredited program
- Strong knowledge of zoning, entitlements, and development approval processes
- Proven ability to manage projects and guide junior team members
- A proactive professional with the ambition and capability to develop into a future team leader
