TYG are the partner of a leading multidisciplinary company in Phoenix who are growing in areas of Landscape Architecture and Land Planning. Currently, they're hiring for a Land Planner to join the team! Here's what we're looking for:
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in Land Planning
- Bachelor’s Degree in Urban Planning, Landscape Architecture or another related field from an accredited program
Responsibilities:
- Lead on residential, commercial, retail and mixed-use projects
- Manage teams and mentor junior staff to complete tasks related to entitlements, zoning, and compliance
- Collaborate with local government regarding zoning regulations and approval processes
- Utilize Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel and AutoCAD
