Forensic Engineer
📍Illinois
$110,000 – $160,000 (location & experience dependent)
Full time, Hybrid Role
We’re partnering with a national and international architecture and engineering firm that is expanding its forensic engineering practice. This team works on a wide range of investigations, including structural evaluations, construction defects, and storm-related damage, supporting clients across multiple markets.
What You’ll Do
- Perform structural and forensic assessments on a variety of building types
- Investigate damage conditions and help determine potential causes
- Manage and contribute to multiple active projects simultaneously
- Prepare clear, well-supported reports and communicate findings to clients, legal teams, and project partners
What We’re Looking For
- 2 - 7 years experience in Forensic Engineering
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering
- PE/ RA is preferred, but candidates actively pursuing licensure are encouraged to apply
