About the role:
- Lead landscape design development from early concepts through construction, coordinating with project teams, clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
- Develop site plans, planting designs, grading plans, layouts, and detailed construction documentation.
- Review project documentation and deliverables to ensure accuracy, regulatory compliance, and consistent quality.
- Produce drawings, details, schedules, and presentation materials.
- Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and contractors.
- Conduct site visits, client meetings, project reviews and support business development initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture.
- 5 years of industry experience.
- Licensed or actively pursuing licensure preferred.
- Proficient in Revit, Rhino, and AutoCAD.
