Position Overview

Ready to run your own business within a business? We are seeking an independent, highly motivated Roofing Restoration Sales Consultant for a 1099, commission-only partnership. This role utilizes a transparent Profit-Sharing Plan, allowing you to earn significantly more per deal than standard flat-commission models.

What You Will Do

• Inspect roofs for storm, wind, and hail damage.
• Generate leads independently through canvassing, networking, and referrals.
• Assist property owners with filing and navigating insurance claims.
• Meet insurance adjusters at the property to advocate for the client.
• Collect deductibles and final insurance checks from homeowners.
• Manage the project from start to final inspection
• Maintain customer communications

What We Are Looking For

• 1099 independent contractor mindset with a strong self-start work ethic.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to safely climb ladders and inspect roofs.
• Comfortable with outside sales, door-to-door canvassing, and direct marketing.
• Prior roofing, restoration, or storm-damage sales experience is preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

• Estimated Earnings: $100,000 – $500,000 (1099 Commission-Only).
• Profit-Sharing Model: Earn a direct percentage of the net profit on every job.
• No Earnings Cap: The larger your projects and volume, the more you take home.
