Position Summary
We’re looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to join our Norfolk office as the first point of contact for visitors and callers. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys interacting with people, staying organized, and keeping a friendly and professional environment. No medical experience is required — we’ll provide training.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet visitors, patients, and vendors with a warm, professional attitude
- Answer and route incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments
- Handle general inquiries and direct walk-ins
- Maintain a tidy and welcoming front lobby area
- Assist with clerical tasks such as scanning, filing, and organizing documents
- Support staff with light administrative duties as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Friendly, dependable, and professional demeanor
- Willingness to learn basic office procedures and computer skills
- Previous experience in customer service, reception, or office support a plus, but not required

Projected Total Compensation: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
