Qualifications
- Proficiency in operating heavy equipment, including various types of machinery used in construction and landscaping
- Experience in excavation, trenching, and site preparation operations
- Knowledge and ability to perform equipment maintenance and basic troubleshooting to ensure proper functionality
- Understanding of safety procedures and guidelines when working with heavy and used equipment
- Attention to detail, strong work ethic, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively in a team setting
- Previous experience in landscaping or construction is a plus
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record; CDL is preferred
