What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Rep position at TYCO Stations?
Tyco Stations is seeking individuals that are customer oriented, reliable, and enjoy working outdoors. Attendants must have strong work ethics, showing up on time, minimize absenteeism, demonstrate, and support the safety culture of our stations and stores.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Pumping fuel and propane
• Collecting payment, making change, charging purchases to customers credit cards.
• Clean, collect, and dispose of trash, restrooms, and equipment, maintain station standards of cleanliness and organization.
• Responsible for cash register operations, accurately maintaining paperwork, cash drawers and loss prevention.
• Provide customer assistance in a professional, friendly manner.
Skills Required:
• Accurate handling money transactions
• Attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work as a team.
• Basic mathematical skills
Working Conditions:
Standing, walking, bending, stooping, reaching, during the duration of shift. Speak, hear and clearly communicate with customers Must be able to maneuver up to 50 pounds. The employee regularly works around or near moving vehicles and in outside conditions that include inclement weather, heat and humidity, and exposure to dust, asphalt, fumes or airborne particles, cleaning solvents, and chemicals. The noise level in the work environment is generally loud.
