Job Description
As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, servicing, and repairing residential heating and cooling systems across the DFW area. This role requires strong technical skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to work independently in the field.
Schedules vary depending on daily workload, and technicians must be flexible with start and end times.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems efficiently and accurately
- Perform service calls, maintenance, and minor repairs
- Communicate clearly with customers in English and Spanish
- Use Housecall Pro to document diagnostics, photos, notes, and job reports after every call
- Recommend repairs or solutions based on system condition
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude on every job
- Travel throughout the DFW metroplex as needed
- Follow company procedures, safety standards, and quality guidelines
Skills Required / Preferred
- Strong HVAC troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Experience working on residential HVAC systems
- Knowledge of electrical, refrigerant, airflow, and control systems
- EPA Certification (preferred)
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) – required
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Experience using field service software (Housecall Pro preferred)
- Time management and reliability
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $29.20 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week

- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
