Duties

• Monitor and patrol designated premises using CCTV systems and surveillance equipment to detect suspicious activity or security breaches.
• Conduct thorough inspections of personnel, vehicles, and packages to prevent theft and unauthorized access.
• Respond promptly to security incidents or emergencies, utilizing conflict management skills to de-escalate situations effectively.
• Enforce access control procedures by verifying identities and authorizations for employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors.
• Administer first aid or CPR when necessary, providing immediate assistance until emergency services arrive.
• Maintain detailed incident reports, shift logs, and surveillance records accurately reflecting daily activities and incidents.
• Collaborate with law enforcement agencies during investigations or emergencies to ensure proper procedures are followed.

Experience

• Proven experience in security operations, law enforcement, military service, or related fields demonstrating strong situational awareness.
• Knowledge of surveillance systems such as CCTV cameras and alarm systems is highly desirable.
• Certifications in first aid, CPR, or conflict management are preferred to enhance response capabilities.
• Familiarity with loss prevention techniques and security protocols ensures effective threat mitigation.
• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly while maintaining professionalism and integrity at all times.
• Prior experience with security equipment operation and emergency response procedures is advantageous.
