Independent Cleaning Professional / Cleaning Crew
TXK House Cleaning is growing, and we’re looking for experienced, dependable independent cleaning professionals and small cleaning crews to serve customers throughout Texarkana, TX/AR and surrounding areas.
This is a contract opportunity, not a traditional hourly employee position. We handle marketing, customer acquisition, scheduling, and customer communication. You focus on providing excellent cleaning services.
What you’ll do:
- Complete residential cleaning jobs according to the provided scope
- Perform standard, deep, move-in/move-out and other cleaning services
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and common areas
- Dust, vacuum, sweep and mop as required
- Communicate professionally with customers and TXK House Cleaning
- Arrive reliably for jobs you accept
- Complete work to professional quality standards
- Notify us promptly of problems or changes in scope
What we’re looking for:
- Previous paid cleaning experience preferred
- Reliable transportation
- Smartphone and reliable communication
- Your own cleaning supplies and equipment
- Strong attention to detail
- Professional appearance and customer service
- Ability to work independently
- Dependability - if you accept a job, we expect you to complete it
- Ability to follow written scopes and cleaning checklists
How it works:
TXK House Cleaning generates and schedules customer opportunities. Available jobs are offered based on customer demand, location, availability and performance. Contractors can accept jobs that fit their availability.
Compensation:
Paid per completed job, not hourly. Compensation varies based on the size and scope of each cleaning. Contractors are informed of the job and compensation before accepting available work.
