- Degree from an accredited school approved by CAPTE
- Current state licensure or eligibility in Physical Therapy in Indiana
- Has one (1) year outpatient experience or would consider New Grads with appropriate clinical rotations
- Basic Life Support through the American Heart Association
- Focuses on the patient and providing the utmost in customer service excellence
- Deliver quality, outcomes-driven physical therapy services
- Document progress toward identified objectives
- Provide accurate and timely documentation for current patient caseload and oversee compliance of department
- Create a positive work environment to promote teamwork and communication.

- Display strong skills in flexibility, time management, leadership, and communication
