Are you a Speech Language Pathologist looking to join a great team of professionals? Join our team in Frederick, MD at Frederick Health Home Care. This is a Part Time Speech Language Pathologist position with a schedule Monday - Friday (no weekends), 10-19 visits / week.

The details:
This is a busy, fast paced Home Health rehabilitation team which provides Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Language Pathology services to the community.

The requirements:
- Degree from an accredited school approved by CAA
- Current state licensure or eligibility in Speech Language Pathology in Maryland
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Has one (1) year Home Health clinical experience preferred, but would consider candidates with experience in the inpatient or skilled settings as well
- Will display strong skills in flexibility, time management, leadership, and communication
- Focuses on the patient and providing the utmost in customer service excellence
- Experience with documentation utilizing EMR
The responsibilities:
- Speech Language Pathologist, SLP, will deliver quality speech services according to treatment plans
- Documenting progress toward identified objectives
- Provide accurate and timely documentation utilizing EMR platform
- Conducting patient and family education
- Display strong skills in flexibility, time management, and communication
