Position Highlights:
- PRN Physical Therapist
- Flexible but consistent PRN schedule Monday - Wednesday – Friday, with weekend coverage as needed
- 10-15 hours / week

Qualifications
- Degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
- Licensed (or eligible) in Indiana
- BLS certification (American Heart Association)
- Strong communication and time management skills
What You’ll Do
- Deliver outcome-driven physical therapy services
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans
- Document using a web-based EMR system
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality care
