Description: The TWU Local 100-NYCT Training & Upgrading Fund (TUF) seeks a passionate and dedicated Part-Time American Sign Language (ASL) Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ASL and a commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment for adult learners of all levels who are members of TWU Local 100.
Requirements:
Previous teaching experience, particularly in ASL, is highly desirable.
Proficiency in ASL
Experience with adult learners
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $55.00 per hour
Ability to Relocate:
- Brooklyn, NY: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)
