Job Summary (This is a TEMP-TO-HIRE POSITION)
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Bilingual English/Spanish Recruiter (Part-time) to join our team! In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting our talent acquisition efforts by engaging with candidates, managing recruitment processes, and ensuring a seamless experience for both applicants and hiring managers. Duties
- Assist with sourcing candidates through various channels including HRIS systems like Workday or PeopleSoft, and job boards such as really, etc.
- Conduct initial screening calls and coordinate interview schedules to ensure a smooth recruitment process
- Support internal recruiting initiatives
- Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) records accurately and update candidate statuses regularly
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, prepare job descriptions, and facilitate talent management strategies
- Participate in employee orientation sessions and onboarding processes to ensure new hires are welcomed effectively
- Engage in research activities related to employment & labor law compliance, HR sourcing trends, and market intelligence for talent acquisition strategies
Experience
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
- Ability to handle fluid recruitment needs with competing timeframes with a positive disposition.
- Experience with ATS Systems, Posting on Job Boards, etc.
- Experience supporting a multi-state organization is highly desired
- Must be Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication skills for effective relationship management
Requirements:
- Associates degree, preferred.
- Two (2) to four (4) years of recruitment in the facilities industries/janitorial or similar industry preferred.
- Technical aptitude of proficiency with regards to Microsoft Outlook, HR Software i.e., Payroll systems, HRIS, ATS,
- Communication: Must be able to speak and write fluently in both English and Spanish; capable of training and supporting bilingual team
Job Types: Part-time, Temporary
Pay: From $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20.0 per week
