POSITION SUMMARY
The Inside Sales Representative handles inbound and outbound calls, develop new leads, communicate with customers, understand their needs, and ensure a smooth sales process. It requires you to interact with hundreds of customers each week across the country to resolve support issues, sell new products and services, and ensure a best-in-class customer experience., and ensure a best-in-class experience.
In addition to providing exceptional service, you will need to be a confident, fully engaged team player dedicated to bringing a positive and enthusiastic outlook to TWRS each day.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Communicate with customers, make calls to potential customers, and follow up on leads
- Meet and surpass sales goals set by TWRS management
- Use persuasive skills to upsell and cross sell additional products and services
- Answer customer questions about equipment and proper use
- Enter orders for customers inside/outside sales
- Handle customer concerns and complaints
- Resolve customer issues by collaborating with other departments
- Regularly contact customers to ensure a positive experience
- Inform customers of upcoming promotions
- Establish positive rapport with customers via phone and in person
Requirements
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Experience with NetSuite
- Previous experience with inside sales required
- Prioritization and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in administrative tasks and documentation
- Professionalism in all situations in the workplace and when working with customers
- Ability to maintain an organized and clean work environment
EDUCATION REQUIRED
- Bachelors in relevant field preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
