Accounts Receivable Specialist

TWP is looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable professional with a strong background in invoicing, cash application, chargeback resolution, and sales auditing. Skilled in working with major retailers likes Saks and Macys.net, reconciling POS data, and managing disputes with supporting documentation. Proficient in ERP systems (NetSuite, QuickBooks, RLM) and advanced excel functions. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and effective at cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications and Skills

Accounts Receivable Knowledge

• Strong understanding of AR processes, including invoicing, cash applications, collections, and reconciliation.
• Experience with deduction management and resolving chargebacks (especially in retail or consumer goods).
• Familiarity with payment terms, credit limits, and customer account management.

Chargeback Management

• Knowledge of different types of chargebacks (e.g., compliance, pricing, shortages, returns, etc.).
• Ability to investigate and dispute unauthorized chargebacks.
• Experience communicating with retailers (Saks, Mitchells, Macys.net.).
• Skilled in documentation collection to support disputes (POs, invoices, shipping confirmations, etc.).

Sales Audit Skills

• Experience conducting sales-to-cash audits.
• Ability to reconcile point-of-sale (POS) data with internal financial systems. RLM and Shopify.
• Strong attention to detail in identifying discrepancies between sales and cash received.
• Familiarity with auditing tools and sales data validation.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in ERP systems (QuickBooks, NetSuite, RLM, Blue Cherry).
• Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
• Familiarity with EDI transactions (Electronic Data Interchange).

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (preferred)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills (especially for resolving disputes).
• Ability to work independently and cross-functionally (with sales, logistics, and finance teams).
