SUMMARY

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Seasonal (Temporary) Fabricator to support the production of fast-paced, creative projects during our busiest months. Working under the guidance of Lead Fabricators and Production Managers, the Seasonal Fabricator contributes to the successful execution of projects through hands-on fabrication, installation, and strikes. This role thrives on quick turnarounds, ensuring projects are delivered on time, to spec, and to the highest standards of quality.
The ideal candidate is adaptable, collaborative, eager to jump in wherever needed, and brings a positive attitude with the intent of delivering exceptional results.

Salary Range: $28 - $35 an hour (Dependent on experience)

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Fabricate parts and assemblies across a wide variety of materials (wood, plastics, metal, paint, soft goods) under the direction of Leads and Managers.
• Follow shop drawings and instructions with close attention to accuracy, safety, and quality.
• Assist with prep work, staging, packing, and crating of finished parts.
• Support on-site installations and strikes when required.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, ensuring tools and equipment are properly maintained.
• Communicate production progress or issues clearly and professionally to senior staff.
• Collaborate with peers across departments to keep production moving smoothly.

REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or equivalent; background in the arts preferred.
• 1-3 years of fabrication or hands-on workshop experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and shop safety practices.
• Ability to read, interpret, and work from shop drawings and instructions.
• Strong understanding of materials, hardware, and production methods.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong time management and multitasking abilities.
• Maintains a calm, solution-driven attitude in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
• Must be flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to work occasional extended hours, including overnight, and weekends, when necessary.
• Must be professional, punctual, and dependable, with a strong sense of accountability.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
