Warehouse & Production Support Associate

Position Overview

VINEVIDA is seeking a reliable and adaptable Warehouse & Production Support Associate to assist with day-to-day operational needs across multiple departments. This role supports production, material handling, and fulfillment tasks to ensure efficient workflow and timely execution of priority orders.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, proactive, and able to move between tasks based on business needs.

Key Responsibilities

General Operational Support

• Assist in warehouse and production tasks as assigned

• Stage, move, and organize materials and finished goods

• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas

Material Handling

• Refill and maintain jugs, containers, and raw materials required for daily operations

• Safely move drums, containers, and bulk raw materials (30–300 lbs with equipment/assistance)

• Weigh, label, and document raw materials as needed

Production & Fulfillment

• Assist filling/production team with daily workflows

• Help prepare raw materials and supplies for production

• Support VIP and high-priority fulfillment orders

Inventory & Prep

• Assist with staging items, basic inventory counts, and labeling

• Report low stock or supply needs to supervisors

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, production, or other hands-on work environments preferred

• Ability to lift and move 30–300 lbs with proper equipment and assistance

• Comfortable standing, walking, and performing physical work throughout the shift

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures

• Dependable, with good communication and teamwork skills

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
