Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Lead Teacher role located in Nashville, TN. The Lead Teacher will be responsible for planning and implementing Montessori-inspired lessons, fostering a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment, and guiding children in their educational and personal development. The role requires collaborating with fellow educators, supporting students' individual learning paths, and engaging with families to build a strong school community.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Lesson Planning and development of age-appropriate learning activities
- Strong background in Education and a deep understanding of Montessori principles
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with parents, students, and colleagues
- Experience in Teaching and Training children of varying developmental stages
- Montessori certification and/or relevant teaching credentials are highly preferred and compensated at a higher rate
- Commitment to fostering a respectful and inclusive learning environment
- Ability to work full-time on-site at our Nashville, TN location
