What are the responsibilities and job description for the Social Worker or School Psychologist - School Based position at Two Roads Charter School?
Two Roads Charter School is actively seeking a full time Social Worker or School Psychologist to work with Special Education and General Education students in grades K-12 for the upcoming 26-27 school year. We are looking for a hardworking individual who loves students, is qualified to be a Social Worker or School Psych, and who wants to be part of a dynamic team of staff. We are also seeking an individual who wants to build resiliency in students by applying CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) techniques and coping skills/strategies.
At Two Roads we have small class sizes and serve a diverse range of students.
Salary range for this position is based on degree and years of experience.
Compensation & Benefits:
$61,000 - $75,000/year base salary^
Prorated for assigned FTE
Work Environment & Schedule:
3 - 4 days/week during contract period
Work hours are 7:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. (Wednesdays until 4:00 p.m.)
185-day contract (prorated for assigned FTE)
8/4/2026-5/27/2027
This position currently requires serving mental health minutes for students on an IEP, working alongside our Special Ed team, and partnering with the principal, assistant principal, and School Counselor to assist with our social emotional curriculum and student skill building. This position may require that Suicide Risk Assessments are completed if warranted.
