Roles and Responsibilities

We are looking to expand our LVT staff to support our rapidly growing canine rehabilitation, regenerative, and general medicine services. We seek a self-driven team player with excellent technical skills and a genuine desire to elevate the field of veterinary medicine.

  • Clinical Excellence: Execute routine medical, laboratory, and surgical nursing responsibilities to the highest standard.
  • Advanced Care: Support our cutting-edge regenerative medicine processing and therapeutics.
  • Rehabilitation Support: Assist with or lead canine rehabilitation therapies; on-the-job training is available, though a strong interest or certification is preferred.
  • Exotic Medicine: Participate in the medical and surgical care of exotic patients alongside traditional canine/feline companions.
  • Advanced Dentistry: Train to assist with advanced dental procedures, including restorative and endodontic care.
  • Patient Advocacy: Utilize and champion low-stress animal handling techniques to ensure patient comfort and well-being.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Exercise excellent communication skills for client education and constructive, professional coworker collaboration.
  • Growth Opportunities: Additional responsibilities are readily available for individuals well-suited for a challenge and a more comprehensive, rewarding workload.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Education: B.S. in Veterinary Technology preferred (Associate’s Degree strictly considered)—either completed or near completion.
  • Licensure: Licensed (or eligible for licensure) as a Veterinary Technician in North Dakota.
  • Experience: Experience is highly preferred, but we are willing to mentor the right passionate graduate.

Preferred Skills

  • Software & Tech: Basic computer proficiency (Word, Excel). Familiarity with ezyVet software is a major bonus.
  • Mindset: A growth-oriented mindset with an interest in advanced modalities like canine rehab and regenerative therapies.
