Ludlow Mount Holly Unified School District is looking for a dedicated Schoolwide Program (SWP) Math Interventionist at its Ludlow and Mount Holly Elementary Schools for the 2026-2027 school year. This role is to support, supplement, and extend classroom teaching while working collaboratively to implement quality researched-based programs that meet student needs.
Job Duties
Effectively assess and diagnose specific mathematical instructional needs of students.
Design and deliver intentional intervention through small group instruction.
Monitors and helps progress student achievement and proficiency in math.
Provides in class (push-in) support during math instruction.
Provides individualized (pullout) intervention.
Supports and works collaboratively with teachers and other building staff to meet math proficiency standards through coaching and co-teaching.
Tracks and documents students’ progress in math to inform decisions, set goals and expectations, and guide instruction.
Preferred Qualifications
Classroom teacher experience preferred
Experience in small group math intervention and support.
Strong Data-driven decision-making skills.
Evidence of positive relationships with students and colleagues.
Experience with PNOA and ENOA.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
This position requires split time between Ludlow Elementary and Mt. Holly Elementary School. Eligible for travel reimbursement.
Salary : $50,140 - $95,940
