Position Responsibilities:
•Conduct assessments and evaluations within students' educational environments.
•Provide individualized, evidence-based physical therapy services that support student success.
•Deliver direct therapy services to students as outlined in educational plans.
•Utilize a comprehensive approach to screen, evaluate, and identify student needs.
•Assess and determine service recommendations using the Education Framework for Child Success.
•Develop and implement initial and ongoing treatment plans that support students in achieving their educational goals.
•Participate in case management activities and related assessment services.
•Collaborate with IEP teams to identify and implement strategies that meet the unique educational needs of students.
•Maintain effective communication and strong partnerships with teachers, special educators, related service providers, administrators, and families.
