Two Rivers GC, LLC is a growing heavy civil construction contractor specializing in excavation, utilities, and infrastructure projects throughout Utah. We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented individual to join our team and help keep our projects running smoothly through strong organization and administrative support.
Position Summary
The Construction Project Administrator supports project management and accounting teams by handling project documentation, payment paperwork, and bid preparation tasks. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, documents, and wants to learn the ins and outs of the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, track, and maintain lien waivers and conditional/unconditional releases.
- Monitor accounts payable and assist with documentation needed for timely vendor payments.
- Assist with bid paperwork, including completing standard forms and gathering supporting documents.
- Preparation of equipment rental applications and updating documentation.
- Maintain organized electronic project files and ensure documentation accuracy.
- Communicate with vendors and subcontractors regarding payment paperwork and project requirements.
- Perform general office tasks as needed (filing, scanning, document tracking, etc.).
Required:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to learn quickly and follow processes accurately
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Reliable and self-motivated, with a positive, team-oriented attitude
Preferred but not required:
- Prior experience in construction administration, bookkeeping, or accounts payable
- Familiarity with lien waivers, pay applications, or bid portals
- Experience using PDF editors and/or Microsoft 365
