Trust Assistant

Pay Range: $26 – $34 per hour

A small, established professional services organization in Western Colorado is seeking a Trust Assistant to support trust administration, client service, and compliance-driven operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment, values confidentiality, and enjoys detailed, process-oriented work.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as a first point of contact for administrative and client inquiries
- Prepare and process documentation for new and existing trust accounts
- Support trust transactions, distributions, cash movements, and account maintenance
- Maintain accurate records, files, and compliance documentation
- Coordinate client meetings, correspondence, and follow-up items
- Assist with document management, scanning, retention, and storage
- Support general office operations and business administration
- Assist with newsletters, client communications, and other departmental support
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- Highly preferred: A four-year degree, a Paralegal Certificate from an accredited program, or an associate’s degree in paralegal studies.
- Experience in one or more of the following areas (required): financial services, banking, trust administration, legal administration, or healthcare administration.

Compensation and Benefits
- Pay Range: $54,000- $71,000 annually
- Final compensation will be based on job-related experience, skills, and qualifications
- Paid time off and 8 Company-paid holidays
- Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
