Position Overview
Two One Five Entertainment is seeking a dynamic Creative Producer who is passionate about storytelling and energized by creating standout content for social and digital platforms. This role calls for a bold, curious thinker who thrives at the intersection of creativity and multi-platform content, developing work that captures attention and engages audiences wherever they watch. The Creative Producer will help bring ideas to life through compelling promos and platform-native content that not only inform but inspire viewers.
The ideal candidate brings strong experience in commercial production and a genuine passion for executing great ideas. You are a creative problem-solver who can balance craft, speed, budget, and stakeholder needs, while maintaining a clear point of view on production quality and feasibility.
Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and execute creative marketing initiatives that support brand partnership opportunities.
- Develop and refine compelling concepts and creative direction for a range of short- and long-form video content, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and target audiences.
- Manage the full production lifecycle—from pre-production (concept development, scripting, music selection) through production (shoot coordination, talent and rights clearances) to post-production (editing, visual effects, approvals, and final delivery).
- Adapt and optimize content for various platforms, including social media, YouTube, and streaming environments.
- Write, produce, shoot, and edit commercials, promos, and other creative initiatives as needed.
- Provide shooting and editing support for station commercial and marketing efforts.
- Maintain a consistent pipeline of content to support ongoing marketing and promotional initiatives.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in commercial production, preferably at a creative agency, production company, or in-house brand studio producing multi-channel campaigns.
- Demonstrated experience producing branded content, social and digital content, and integrated campaigns with multiple stakeholders and approval processes.
- Prior client-facing experience required.
- Strong expertise in scoping, budgeting, bidding, vendor selection, and production management across different production models.
- Ability to identify audience insights and translate them into effective content strategies.
- Experience collaborating with brands, agencies, directors, and production companies.
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to communicate effectively across internal teams, external partners, and agency stakeholders.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Passion for entertainment, music, and music-driven, cultural storytelling, with enthusiasm for finding new ways brands can connect with audiences.
At Two One Five Entertainment, we carefully consider a wide range of factors to determine a fair and equitable compensation package. Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure guidelines, the base salary for this role is between $80,000 - $100,000 per year. The final offer amount will consider a wide range of factors in making compensation decisions, including, but not limited to, a candidate’s experience relevant to the job.
