Responsibilities
- Operate asphalt milling machines with precision, ensuring accurate removal of asphalt surfaces according to project specifications.

- Coordinate with the construction team to plan milling activities, including setting up equipment and managing workflow.
- Follow all safety protocols, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to site safety regulations.
- Monitor the condition of the worksite, identify potential hazards, and communicate issues promptly to supervisors.
Qualifications
- Proven experience operating heavy construction equipment such as asphalt milling machine, skid steer and broom.
- Mechanical knowledge sufficient to perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot machinery issues.
- Familiarity with construction site procedures, safety standards, and equipment operation best practices.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift heavy materials or equipment when necessary.
