What You'll Do
As Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for leading our frontline moving team and helping drive the location's performance in three key areas: Safety, Customer Service and Sales.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Lead, coach and motivate movers and drivers
- Manage daily scheduling, dispatching and truck assignments
- Monitor moves to ensure safety, quality and customer satisfaction
- Conduct vehicle, equipment and paperwork audits
- Assist with recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding
- Train and develop employees while building future leaders
- Hold team members accountable to performance and company standards
- Coordinate fleet maintenance and equipment inventory
- Ensure compliance with safety, DOT and FMCSA requirements
- Help control costs and improve location profitability
- Support local marketing and sales initiatives
- Serve as an emergency on-call contact outside normal business hours
What We're Looking For

- High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Willingness to complete a pre-employment background check and random drug screens
- Availability to work Saturdays and approximately one Sunday per month
TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® or moving industry experience is a plus, but not required.
