Operations / Dispatch Coordinator

We’re looking for a highly organized Operations / Dispatch Coordinator to help keep our daily operations running smoothly and efficiently. You’ll manage dispatch, oversee payments and logistics, support risk management, and coordinate fleet and equipment needs — all critical to ensuring a seamless experience for our team and customers.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee daily dispatch and scheduling
• Process payments and handle supply adjustments
• Manage equipment, truck checks, and warehouse organization
• Coordinate crate tasks and in-home consultations (IHCs)
• Support risk management and safety initiatives
• Communicate effectively with the Operations Manager and Bookkeeper
• Assist with driver training and fleet maintenance
  
  
  

Who We’re Looking For

• Excellent multitasking and communication skills
• Dispatch or warehouse experience preferred
• Familiarity with risk management and fleet operations
• Ability to train drivers and use dispatch software
• Forklift certified or willing to get certified
  
  
  

SCHEDULE

• Sunday: 8:00am - 5:00pm
• Monday, Thursday & Friday: 7:00am - 3:30pm
• Saturday: 11:00am - 8:00pm (may finish early)
• Tuesday & Wednesday: Off
