What You’ll Do
You and your team will…
- Safely operate a junk removal truck, perform truck inspections, and secure the truck at the end of each job
- Deliver exceptional customer service as you provide on-site junk removal estimates
- Utilize safe lifting techniques to remove unwanted items for customers
- Accurately complete junk removal paperwork and payment collection
- Make product recommendations to customers and upsell services as needed
- Work hard and have fun helping customers
What We’re Looking For
We hire for attitude and train for skill; however, experience in general labor positions such as truck driving, construction, landscaping, or warehouse labor is helpful.
- Must be 18 years or older due to insurance restrictions
- 3-year driving history (1-year Commercial Motor Vehicle driving experience) preferred
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to communicate professionally, verbally, and in writing, in English
- Excellent work ethic and a positive, professional attitude
- Physical stamina to lift/carry 100 pounds or more repeatedly throughout the day
- Willing to submit to pre-employment background check and random drug screens
- Experience as a laborer or delivery driver, or in construction or manufacturing helpful
