Inside Sales Representative
TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® is growing! We have opportunities in our sales department for enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals! You will use your strategic selling skills and in-depth knowledge of company services to build relationships with our customers.

- Compensation: Base salary plus commission. Average performers range from $45,000 - $60,000 annually. High performers will earn $75,000 to $100,000.

What You’ll Do
- Provide positive energy and top-notch customer service.
- Act as the first point of contact for new and existing customers.
- Input information into move software to provide accurate moving estimates.
- Make recommendations according to customer’s needs and TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® best practices.
- Obtain customer feedback through follow-up calls, both during and after moves; calmly and professionally handle customer concerns.
- Prepare move-related paperwork and documents.
What We’re Looking For
- Sales driven individuals
- Excellent customer service skills and problem solving.
- Professional attitude, exceptional communication, organization, and time management.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new programs.
- Willing to submit to pre-employment background check and drug screen.
- A minimum of one year of inside sales or customer service is required. Outside sales and/or TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® or moving industry experience is preferred.
