What You’ll Do
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for positions across operations, sales, and administration
- Partner with department leaders to identify hiring needs and workforce plans
- Coordinate onboarding and help new employees succeed from day one
- Support employee relations and maintain a positive workplace culture
- Maintain employee records and HR systems with accuracy and confidentiality
- Assist with benefits enrollment, background checks, and employment verification
- Help plan employee appreciation and engagement initiatives
- Support HR process improvements and recruiting strategy initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of HR, recruiting, or people operations experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Professional discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and HR software systems
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with strong problem-solving skills

Pay: $60,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
