What are the responsibilities and job description for the Driver (Non-CDL) / General Labor position at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK?

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Provide positive energy and top-notch customer service
- Safely move, pack, and unpack customer belongings
- Participate in a drug free workplace
- Work hard and have fun helping customers
Upon Driver Qualification You Will
- Act as the team leader for your moving team, and execute a game plan for each move
- Safely drive and maneuver a 26-foot moving truck
- Complete daily truck inspections and equipment inventory
- Comply with all FMCSA and DOT regulations
- Complete move paperwork and payment collection
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Drivers must be at least 21 years of age due to insurance restrictions
- Must possess a valid driver's license and a good driving record
- Movers must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Stamina to lift and carry heavy items (75 lbs. or more) all day long while climbing stairs, balancing, walking, etc.
- Experience as a non-CDL driver or in general labor, loading, unloading, landscaping, construction, production, manufacturing, factory, assembly, or warehouse helpful!
- Strong problem-solving ability
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
