Sales & Customer Service Representative (Part-Time)

Part-Time Schedule:
Monday–Friday | 10:00 AM–2:00 PM
IMPORTANT REQUIREMENT:
Candidates MUST be available to work up to 40 hours per week between June 20th and July 2nd to support our busiest season. Outside of this period, the position returns to the regular part-time schedule listed above.

- Provide outstanding customer service on inbound calls and online inquiries
- Recommend moving services and products based on customer needs and availability
- Use your sales and communication skills to help customers confidently book their move
- Enter, schedule, and coordinate customer moves
- Input information into our move software to provide accurate estimates and scheduling
- Follow up with customers before and after moves to ensure satisfaction
- Professionally resolve customer concerns and questions
- Support sales, marketing, networking, and community initiatives
- Additional duties as assigned
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1 year of customer service or sales experience preferred
- Call center, inbound sales, retail, or customer-facing experience is a plus
- Friendly, helpful, and professional communication skills
- Strong multitasking and computer skills
- Ability to navigate software while speaking with customers
- Motivated by goals and delivering great customer experiences
- Organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
