- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
What You'll Do
- Provide outstanding customer service on all calls and web leads
- Recommend and sell moving services and products based on cost, availability, and customer specifications
- Enter, schedule and coordinate customer moves
- Achieve daily, monthly, and yearly sales goals and customer satisfaction goals
- Prepare all move-related paperwork and documents
- Follow-up with customers post-move to ensure satisfaction
- Proactively resolve customer concerns, complaints, or customer service issues
- All other duties as assigned
Who We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- A minimum of 6 months of sales and/or customer service experience preferred; inbound sales, call center, retail sales, and/or other sales driven experience preferred
- Excellent customer service skills (friendly, courteous, and helpful)
- Demonstrated understanding and application of effective sales strategies and techniques
- Strong team player who works productively with a wide range of people and personalities
- Exceptional organization and time management skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment; able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Basic computer and keyboarding skills
- Willing to submit to pre-employment background check and drug screen
