What You’ll Do Provide positive energy during every call - No cold calling. Act as the first point of contact for new and existing customers. Input information into move software to provide accurate moving estimates. Make recommendations according to customer’s needs and TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® best practices. Obtain customer feedback through follow-up calls, both during and after moves; calmly and professionally handle customer concerns. Prepare move-related paperwork and documents. What We’re Looking For Sales driven individuals Excellent customer service skills and problem solving. Professional attitude, exceptional communication, organization, and time management. Familiar with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new programs. Willing to submit to pre-employment background check and drug screen. A minimum of one year of sales experience is preferred.
