- Record and maintain day-to-day financial transactions with accuracy
- Provide general administrative support, including document management and data entry
- Assist with correspondence, filing, and organizing company records
- Generate internal reports using Excel for financial tracking and analysis
- Grow into processing payroll for multiple franchise locations (training provided)
- Learn how to reconcile bank and credit card accounts
- Assist with month-end close procedures and financial reporting as skills develop
- Support various office projects and operational needs as required
- Associate degree in Accounting, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0-2 years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, payroll, or administrative support preferred
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize deadlines, and work independently
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask
- Experience with payroll software (e.g., Paycor, QuickBooks, Xero, ADP, etc.) is a plus
